Because after years of experience, sometimes what people are looking for on an island may not be what they actually want. Maui is incredibly unique and diverse. Understanding how one lives in different parts of Maui is so important. For instance, a property secluded in some parts of Maui where the jungle is romantic & beautiful can be the perfect backdrop for many people, but is it yours if you desire community? My many years of experience have taught me much in understanding the needs and wants of buyers. I have spent now over 16 years helping buyers and sellers navigate successfully through this ever-changing market. From the 2005-2006 euphoria, to 2008 housing crisis, to short sales and foreclosures, to market rebound, pandemic- to euphoria again; there is not much I haven’t seen. I have successfully sold condo vacation rentals, luxury vacation homes, houses to first-time home buyers, oceanfront luxury homes, farmland, multi-family units, commercial property and vacant land. As you can see my background is varied and therefore can be valuable to you.
My track record of production is a culmination of dedication to the field of real estate, driving to be better every day, and in the process, discovering what it really means to be of service.
Personally speaking, I had no idea how much I would enjoy all the people I have met throughout my career. How can one experience that and not feel incredibly honored to be a part of their lives…I come back to these words. I am grateful and humbled by the relationships and the success that included overcoming challenges as well. Sometimes those challenges actually are opportunities to show up as your best self, think outside the box and walk your talk!
I dedicated my career to not only being productive but also to the pursuit of learning more each day. I started my career under a top producing Broker with very high standards, then worked with the first affiliation on Maui with Christies Great Estates team in NYC, and now for the past 10 years with my brokers Robert Dein and Ken Hayo. They are top in the field when it comes to everything real estate! Surrounding and learning from the best is important. A term I learned called “Kaizen”, is my underlying motto. In short, it means “to continuously improve”. This has led me to have consistent top 5-star client reviews and also to receive the highest honor given by Realtors Association of Maui, which was REALTOR® Salesperson of the Year in 2018. My background includes attending New York University, Parsons School of Design, working for Eileen Fisher Inc. and creating my own design company (retail and service). I moved to Maui in 2000 and it has been my home ever since.

On my time away from my work, I love to swim, jog, hike, read, play pickleball, have dinner parties (attend them too!), constantly redesign my abode, and go to fabulous restaurants (I am a bit of a foodie). I am inspired by people who love what they do! I am a mother of 4 and I feel incredibly grateful and in awe of the human beings that they are. It has helped me to have the fortitude, flexibility and to constantly grow in love. I also have an incredible partner whose sincere kindness is so reassuring. His optimism and view on life gives breath to our continuously evolving relationship. Also, our mutual love of Pickleball and the NBA is a bonus! Like with many things, it is not always easy, but if you are truly committed then you can get to the other side of “not easy”. Like they said the “extra mile is never crowded”.
