Ke Alohilani at Kehalani: Started in the $600,000 range. DR Horton is the developer of t his new subdivision. They are in the last phases on this subdivision. There are 88 single family homes on the slope of the mountains. Some homes with breathaking ocean and mountain views. They offer 4 floor plans with 3 or 4 bedrooms. Parkways by Town Island Home: Started in the $600,000 range and up. The Parkways floorplans range from 3BR / 2BA up to 4BR / 3BA range in size from 1,385 SF to 2,404 SF plus attached garage. They will be breaking ground soon on their last 4th phase (hopefully this year). If you want to be on a reserve list when it opens up they require a $5000 down with a pre-approval letter from lender (if you are getting mortgage). New Development in Lahaina Area
Kahoma Village: Started in the low $600,000 range and upTotal of 203 units spread throughout the 20+ Acre parcel located just south of Lahaina Cannery Mall. There will be a mix of Townhomes and Single Family Homes with pedestrian-friendly vibe (according to the developer). Kahoma Village has Residential Workforce Housing as well. They offer 102 Villas townhome units and 20 Courtyards single family homes in our residential workforce housing (RWH) program. The first release of homes will include Villas townhomes, which range in price from the low $300,000s to the low $500,000s. Out of 68 units there are only 2 left! Unit 13C listed at $2,498,000 and Unit 17D at $2,698,000 as of March 21, 2018. All prices are subject to change. Keala O Wailea: The buildings are almost finished. Some have been completed and ready for move in. You can see that many of the condo units have outrageous ocean views. Maui County has a website where you can see maps depict development projects on Maui Island that have come to the attention of the Department of Planning. This does not guarantee that the project will get built, however. Check it out here.
