Wailea Beach Villa was built in 2006. Perfectly located on a crescent shaped Wailea Beach right next to The Grand Wailea. Mauka (mountain) side of the condominium complex is The Shops at Wailea, which offers fine to moderately casual dining and luxury shopping such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton to local shops and national brands such as the Gap and Banana Republic, Tommy Bahama shop and restaurant and much more. There are also numerous art galleries. It is in my opinion the best shopping place on Maui.
It is the only Condo complex in Wailea resort with privileged pedestrian access to the The Shops at Wailea, the spas and restaurants at the Grand Wailea, and a reserved beach location on Wailea Beach.
There is also a Kulana membership that one could buy at the Grand Wailea Hotel. This will give you access to their pools and spa and some discounts. Please check with us on more info on price and what it offers as it is subject to change.
