Maui Luxury Condominiums is defined as Condos (fee simple and leasehold) at 2 million US dollars are up. It all depends on it’s zoning and what the Homeowner Association has allowed in their documents. The concentration of condos is located on Maui’s south and west areas. The Upcountry and North Shore of Maui have very limited condos.
