Maui oceanfront condominium for sale


Wailea is a premier resort town in Maui, Hawaii. It about 1500 Acres and is bordered by Kihei to the North and Makena to the South. It is known for its beaches, luxury hotels, luxury real estate, and golf courses.

As you might have guessed, land is limited on the Island of Maui which then makes oceanfront land even more scarce. So there are not many Oceanfront Condominiums in Wailea. Starting from the north there is Wailea Ekahi, Andaz Residences, Wailea Elua, Wailea Beach Villas, Wailea Point and Polo Beach Club. ONLY 6 OCEANFRONT CONDOMINIUM COMPLEXES IN WAILEA. PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE ALL OF THESE WAILEA CONDOMINIUM COMPLEXES ARE OCEANFRONT, NOT ALL UNITS ARE OCEANFRONT. Meaning some of the units are further back from the ocean and thus would not be technically considered an oceanfront unit.

Nearest Beach: Keawakapu Beach

Notable: Located on the beach but it also meanders up the hillside so some of the units are not directly beachfront. Good greenspace. Nice Beachside Pavilion for the complex. Multiple pools and paddle court.
