This is a brand new development in the heart of Wailea. It is right before Kai Malu at Wailea and across the street from Wailea beaches. It sits right next to the 7th fairway of the Wailea BlueGolf Course. The topography of this site should offer some stellar ocean and mountain views (particularly the top penthouse units). They are currently selling prior to breaking ground. The developer is Ledcor who developed the Maui’s westside beachfront property Honua Kai and Honua Kai Luana Gardens in Kaanapali Beach, Maui.
