One of the most popular areas for homebuyers have been the Kehalani Community of Wailuku, Maui. This area of Maui is along the hillside in Wailuku, offering views of the valley, ocean and mountain views. This master planned community is one of the largest on Maui and highly desirable.

Kehalani Master Plan Community General info:
Kehalani is a master-planned community of approx. 2,400 residences on 550 acres located in Wailuku, close to the charming area of restaurants, and the arts. Kehalani sits at the base of West Maui Mountains. Many of the homes enjoy views of the valley, ocean and/or mountain. Some of the homes boast all!
Located on the east side of the West Maui Mountains, the area has one of the cooler (cooler for us Mauians is still nice and temperate for many) climates in central Maui. Sidewalks abound. A 13 acre County of Maui park, the newer Pu’u Kukui Elementary School and the Kehalani Village Center are all within the community.
Nearby is “Wailuku town”, a charming town with restaurants, historic I’ao Theatre, the County seat and a redeveloping business district. Combined with the area’s schools, additional parks, nearby I’ao Valley Park ,shopping, and Maui’s main hospital; this area is truly desirable.
